Studio Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking.
I. Booking & Payment
Session Timing
Session begins at the scheduled start time, regardless of when you or your party arrive. No "make-up" time is provided for late arrivals.
Departure
Sessions must end promptly at the scheduled time. This allows for necessary cleanup and ensures the next client can start on time. Overtime is not guaranteed and, if available, will be billed at our standard hourly rate starting at 15 minutes over-time.
Availability
Booking dates and times are subject to availability and will be formally confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
Identification
All clients must provide valid government-issued identification. The photo ID must match the person who is booking the studio.
II. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Refund Policy
A full refund or one-time rescheduling is permitted if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the start of the booking.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
VII. Agreement
This constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Studio. By confirming and locking in a booking with the Studio, the Client confirms that they have read, and fully understands the terms and conditions and does hereby agree to all provisions.
